Crimean Black

A very traditional variety originating in the black Sea derives its originality and notoriety from its purple or very dark brown colour.

With fine skin and flesh and a great aroma, it is one of the sweetest varieties. Don't hesitate to eat them when the colour is "turning" (the collar turns green) to appreciate the taste at its fullest.
